Thousands of frustrated owner-operators and small carriers are speaking out about plummeting rates that are being offered by freight brokers. Though this has been something that’s been going on for years, the recent pandemic seems to be their breaking point.

The DOJ is on The Case

The United States Department Of Justice or better known as the DOJ has stated that prior to opening up an investigation on Freight Brokers in regards to potential antitrust law violations, they are requesting solid evidence prior to moving forward with an in depth investigation.
